If you won’t speak about your feelings, your body will speak for you.

Thoughts can get really dark when you do nothing about it.

Sometimes people around us don’t know how bad we are feeling, sometimes it doesn’t show.

Sometimes people see, but they don’t know what to do, how to approach you, or they just don’t care enough to do something to help you.

In the midst of all that pain, you’re all alone, nobody is carrying that weight with you.

You wanted to be perfect, but perfect doesn’t exist.

Doubts..

«Am I good enough?», «Am I a failure?», «Am I worth it?», «Am I exagerating?»

Negative beliefs

«No one likes me», «I’m pathetic», «It’s all my fault»

Giving up

«I don’t think my life is worth living anymore»

You try looking for ways to cope with this ubearable pain, but, is it really working? Is it good for you?

There is still something screaming inside you..: «This isn’t the end!»

You think about family and friends, they still need you, and you still need them.

«ENOUGH», you’ve had enough, you can’t deal with this anymore, so you try something new.

You try a new hobby, a social one, and meet new people.

You build your faith up again.

You try working out.

You try seeking help, you try to not hide your feelings anymore.

You fall

You get up

You fall again

You cry, and get un once more

Because that’s what life’s about…

You talk to a mental health professionist, and you explain to family and friends your situation.

Some are happy for you and encourage you, others don’t know what to say, and don’t quote understand what you are going through, but..

They still love you.

You don’t have to tell every little detail of your story, because that’s your story, but you also don’t have to go through it all alone.
