As the bright spot on the internet, cultivating wellness is one of our top priorities. Feeling good isn’t just a moment — it’s a mindset. As unseasonably brisk temperatures make even a gym trip feel like a challenge, we knew it was time for a reset, and our latest wellness event was just what everyone needed. “Temp Check” was a curated day of relaxation and self-care, presented by Audible and Popsugar. Throughout the day we highlighted Audible’s well-being collection: a thoughtfully curated collection of audio content covering everything from sleep and personal development to parenting and finances. While guests discovered their next audiobook obsession, they also got to enjoy the beautiful amenities at Remedy Place and a restoration movement class taught by Alex Silver-Fagan — the perfect warm, peaceful escape from the cold.

Influencers and creators enjoyed a variety of relaxing and restorative activities. One service was acupuncture to-go, which provided guests with 24K gold ear seeds to stimulate acupressure points and calm the nervous system. Silver-Fagan then guided guests through exercises that blended movement and mindset, encouraging a deeper connection between mind, body, and soul. It was the ideal way to find balance before diving into more of Remedy Place’s signature amenities.

From there, attendees continued their wellness journey with a lineup of restorative treatments, including cryotherapy and infrared sauna sessions, as well as lymphatic compression stations designed to enhance deep relaxation and recovery. Each experience was tailored to help guests reset both physically and mentally, leaving them feeling recharged and restored with long-lasting benefits such as improved circulation, boosted metabolism, and natural detoxification.

And, of course, it wouldn’t be a Popsugar event if creators went home empty-handed. We curated a wellness-inspired goodie bag filled with feel-good essentials — from yoga towels and robes to journals and ice rollers — helping guests stay in zen mode long after the day ended.
