I was a Team Lead to a small team and was asked to resign this week over an ongoing management issue I had raised questions and concerns about. And I had started feeling toxic because of it, so I resigned.

Fair enough, I can understand, they wouldn’t want to answer every question, and it was somewhat a funny yet a complicated issue.

After I walked out, it felt like the whole thing was staged, a classic gameplay.

However, this is not what I am here for. I have done enough overthinking over this, and I am ready to move on and put my hard work in the right direction now.

What I don’t want to do now is return to the job market again.

I am now focusing on creating something of my own, using all the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my career. Out of which, the skill I want to pursue most strongly is writing.

I know this piece might not feel as if I know any writing at all, and I agree — it needs polishing, but I gotta start somewhere, so here I am.

I had worked as a Freelance Content Writer many years ago, and that career was short-lived because I was too naive and immature at that point to understand its development.

But, I still have the fire in me, and I want to share my writing with the world, and I am up for the hard work that would be required.

I used to write website blogs about SEO, website design, and website development, but now I see that this market has changed drastically.

Everything and everyone is raving about AI.

Detected by AI.

And maybe….. Read by AI, I guess.

I am looking for a community to join, to build, to learn, to grow, to read, to write to, of people — humans.

But this question arises again: is anything still being read by humans? Are humans still reading the website blogs? Is that still a thing?

Or is everything just to amp up the algorithms now?

I believe writing is still a thing in 2025, even though I currently feel directionless. With the right support, I am confident I can find the path that suits me best.

But what do you think? Is re-entering writing a good idea in 2025?

What would you suggest a reborn noob like me do if they wanted to write, again?
