Hey there!. We’d love to meet y’all in person, but… | by Carmen Louise Fair | Jul, 2025

We’d love to meet y’all in person, but there’s this wall of pixels separating us right now. So while you are scrolling on your phone or laptop, we hope to give you a little sneak peek of who we are.
Enjoy these bite-sized versions of us!
Laetitia
The Founder, who found her joy in the Lord
Position: Creative Director and Web Designer
Laetitia is the original instigator, and not just of the company. She is the one who inspires us to try new things — often the one jumping in first. And we jump in after her. She has her own story to tell about keeping the joy — I’ll let her tell that one. With a decade of running her own business under her belt, she’s seen enough heavenly highs and rock-bottoms to know what’s really worth our time.
Sarah
The Engine who keeps things running
Position: Marketer and Information Designer
Yes, Sarah does run a lot, but she also runs a few brands. Originally an architect turned graphic designer. A shift Laetitia assisted in. She has now worked her way into the field and our hearts. She has become the steady humdrum in the office, who keeps us moving forward and on track. A quiet rockstar who casually runs the comrades.
Carmen
The Visualist, who is always making a list
Position: Graphic Designer and Copywriter
Carmen is a big dreamer who grounds herself by writing things down on paper. Hence the lists. She keeps us all on our toes with new ideas and a few lessons in Gen-Z. Her passion for creating is expressed in so many exciting ways. From art exhibitions, writing and designs that slap. With a keen eye for detail, she truly finds joy in every colour and pixel. Oh, and she plays the Cello, pretty lit.
Roelof
Office Dad
Position: Financial Director & Advisor
What is the perfect recipe for success? Marry systems with design. Roelof is all about systems, Laetitia is all about design — they’re married. Et voilà! Roelof has become the office Dad, always making sure we are cared for. He is always *capable and willing to endure all the estrogen in the office.
*The literal definition of being patient.
A note from a fellow ‘fly’ on the wall
From the outside, I have always wondered what it might look like inside the life of a successful person: a successful mother, wife, anointed worship leader, business owner, and published author. How does one manage to pile up all these laurels?
After being a fly on the wall for some time, I found that the road to success looks much humbler than I thought.
People grind for glory. It makes sense that one has to work hard to accumulate the money, accolades and success. What you sow, you will reap, right? And isn’t having a big dream a good thing? Doesn’t it mean my life is important? Even Joseph had great big technicoloured dreams of glory that all came to fruition.
Yet, the road through the pit, Potiphar’s house and the prison taught him to love and serve those around him where he was, amongst other things that shaped his character and relationship with God. It is the 17 years of humility that changed him dramatically. The glory was never supposed to be the goal. Purpose was.
What I see is that running a business isn’t necessarily about working toward a place of glory. You can build a giant business and fall yourself, or build a kingdom business and become a giant within God. Giants who can still give God all the Glory. Building a business should transform us into good rulers who are able to save others from famine, the same way it did for Joseph.
We don’t grind for the glory. We grind to be refined.
Now, you are still on the other side of that pixel wall. Scrolling on a screen provides a safe distance between you and me. A window to peek through into the intimate lives of others without having to be “involved”. A new way of being a fly on the wall. The wall is just called a screen. These bite-sized versions rarely include the mundane, ‘normal’ moments. Bite-sized means palatable, not healthy.
So I, a fellow fly, would like to note that healthy content looks humble. Let’s show the humility that comes with building anything beautiful.
Humility wins over pride, every time.
